My name is Mark Scott and I am the biology, environmental science, and microeconomics teacher at Clifford International School. This is my fifth year working at Clifford and my eighth year teaching in China.
I am a Manitoba certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia, where I also earned a Masters from the department of Zoology. I have eight years experience as a researcher in animal biology.
My education philosophy emphasizes the promotion of scientific literacy and the development of communication skills through inquiry and other forms of student-centered learning.
