My name is Rachel Hanhart and I am very excited to teach the fourth grade students at Clifford International School. This is my fifth year at Clifford and my seventh year teaching in China!
I am a graduate of St. Mary’s University in Alberta. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Bachelor of Education. I also hold a TESOL certificate with a specialty in working with elementary students. I have seven years of teaching experience working in multiple countries including Canada, South Korea, and China.
My educational philosophy is centered around developing a growth mindset and attitude toward lifelong learning! It is my goal to challenge my students, as they have challenged me, to continue to build their critical thinking skills and become more independent learners. I am so privileged to have the opportunity to share this philosophy with the students, parents and staff at Clifford International School!
