I’m a Canadian educator with a passion for literacy, leadership, and inclusive education. Since Canada, I have gained experience working in bilingual and bicultural international schools. I spent six years in Mexico working as a teacher and instructional literacy coach, followed by a year as Head of Elementary in Tanzania. I’m now here and very happy to be part of this community, serving as an Associate Principal.
I have a Trilingual International Bachelor of Education degree from the Glendon Campus of York University and a Master of Education from Thompson Rivers University. I’ve also recently completed my Doctor of Education from the University of Western Ontario, an achievement I’m incredibly proud of.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every student deserves to feel seen, valued, included, and empowered to succeed. I believe inclusive education means creating learning environments where differences are celebrated, barriers are thoughtfully addressed, and every learner has meaningful opportunities to participate, grow, and thrive. As an educator and leader, I strive to build communities where belonging, equity, and high expectations go hand in hand.
