Welcome to Grade 1! I am an educator from Alberta, holding a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Education, along with teaching certifications in both Alberta and Manitoba. Having spent four years teaching internationally in Canada, I am thrilled to begin my first year at Clifford International School as a Grade 1 Homeroom Teacher!
I am passionate about nurturing a genuine love for learning through inquiry-based projects that spark curiosity and build strong critical thinking skills. As an early years educator, I place a strong emphasis on foundational literacy, ensuring students build the confidence and skills that serve as a launchpad for all future learning. My goal is to create a joyful, student-centered, and supportive classroom environment where every child genuinely looks forward to coming to school each day.
